Good one

Nice app

Poor and not practical

very good app

i appreciate Int because it s very easy and complete, especially thé report feature.

Ok as a first version

Some features are missing like a home button to go back to main menu everywhere you are in the app. Also tab a number to dial is not always working proper. But to be fair ... It is a very helpful app if you use zoho crm daily. Looking forward to further updates.

Nice start

Its ok for the first version, off course theres still a lot of features missing. The main reasons I cant use it for daily work: - No editing of task notes - Not enough filters for tasks Would love to see updates! Update for 1.1: still not enough task filtering, reports missing!

Needs improvement

Pretty good for a start, but here are the downsides: Exporting of events tells me to activate access to my calendar in privacy settings, but Zoho CRM doesnt show up in privacy settings. Then, modified fields in the web APP dont show up in the iPad APP. Renamed fields, option lists, additional fields etc. are just not there. Alerts on tasks and events not working and tasks cant be exported to task list in iOS to make that happen.

Very Good

Prima App.

Fantastic App!!!

Fantastic App. The new task orientation is really helpful! Thank you ZOHO!

App crashes

App crashes while downloading data for the first time. Not usable.

Free is a farce.

Cant get free mobile version to work, got the runaround between their app and site. No live support for us free users. Go try SalesForce instead because it works for business owners.

good software but misleading price

First of all, to use this requires a mobile access account with Zoho which is at least $36/yr for one users access. For the lack of transparency I will only rate this at 3 stars. Zoho makes a number of online applications, many of which give Google a run for their money and I believe most if not all of their apps are free for basic usage, while Enterprise level apps are available for a fee. What I like about Zoho CRM is that its online, fairly fully featured and its free if youre just the one user logging in. This iPhone app that called "free" to download is not free to use (like Daylite), because you are then required to pay an annual fee to connect to your online account, which is at least $36/yr. I didnt like the lack of tranparency with that price and would have preferred a one-time fee for this app instead of paying annually. iPhone users dont expect to pay annual fees for usage of an app and you (Zoho) would probably see better adoption rates if you charged a one-time reasonable fee for this app instead. Seems stable but in light of the price per month to use this, I would favour SalesForce as its an industry standard.

Great app for Zoho users

Zoho has to be one of the best CRM systems ever... especially for the pricepoint. The Ipad app, at 3.00 per month per user is one of the best deals in the industry... but you have ot be a zoho user to get the value. I use it every day and it is outstanding.

CRM on the go

I used several crms including apparently the purported greatest out there. For the best value proposition .... Nothing beats zoho crm.. It is so responsive ..customizable ...user friendly and now with this app it makes my time so productive especially when on the go. I highly recommend it to anyone that needs to manage accounts contacts and ancillary activities.

Great interface

This is an awesome way to organize my new projects. I tried a lot of different CRMs but none looks as good on the iPad. Awesome! Just changed my rating from 5 to 3 since Zoho doesnt explain well that in order to have the Free version you have to pay $12/month...great app but too expensive for a solo user like me.

Worst app

This app looks like its been done in 5 sec. Im using zoho crm at work but this app wont help me do nothing its just crap.

Dam thing just locks up and takes forever to refresh, info nothing like the info I have on the web interface.... Useless tool for on the road... Wish they would fix it!

This is a great app

Works well, the UI is really clever. Only drawback, wish the week could start on a Sunday in the monthly calendar. Also wish it could sync faster/better with zoho mail multiple calendars.

Great step forward!

I liked the previous version. I love this version, the integration with Mail is a major advantage, plus the download of view data seems faster and more helpful. I have both the iPhone and iPad versions and could not live without them!

Insurance broker testing app

Overall, good app! I will use the app for I believe it can help me pipeline my leads. I can email new tasks to assistant. I can convert a created contact into a lead and then into an opportunity (sale). I can track notes. I can add contact to my mobile. I can follow my new tasks. What the app lacks: I canot create a new event directly into my Apple agendas. It creates it into its Own agenda but I need it to integrate because I need to know if Im available. I canot add a new pdf file from another app on the phone. It only ads photos unless you add the pdf from the pc device first.
