Very Good

In my honest opinion ZohoCRM is a very good App. A couple of things that Id like to see enhanced: 1) in the ZohoCRM App is not showed the "Products" into the Accounts window. So I can not see which products that Account has bought. 2) ZohoCRM App is well done but it crashes too much often when you browse in the pages

Finally I see a usable application.... But there is not a place for get notes

This has all the bells & whistles! I went in search of a good CRM that would integrate with my google for work email. I tried all top 5 CRMs, and this was my favorite. Very user friendly, I like that you can customize it. My only complaint that you cant convert leads to potentials. Only lead to account or contacts. So I have to manually add each. Also sometimes when I import docs from google drive it doesnt download every time. I will continue to use this until I retire!

The app has definitely improved and become more useful. We use Zoho extensively to the point where it is the core of our operations. The app has almost too much information, would like to see future updates where settings could hide some of the unused modules.

Constant problems with the mobile app and customer service is either non existent or grossly incompetent. USE ANOTHER CRM!!!

Unable to log in!

Hands down the best mobile CRM application on the market!

After I downloaded app update it wont let me open contacts or leads, It attempts to open then goes back to main screen and a message pops up from the bottom that says "contacts may be deleted"

If your sales folks are in the field rather than a desk, you will not find a better mobile user experience. This app promotes data entry on the fly and is a breeze to use.

The new CRM web app and mobile app are great, I was about to switch to another and I am very pleased with the updates. The ability to creat, edit, and send quotes from the app is very useful!

The Zoho CRM app makes it so easy to conduct business while I am away from the office. My favorite feature is the fact that it will log all my outgoing calls so I can track client and lead progress without having to play catch-up later.

Love ZOHO but this app leaves a little bit to be desired

I love the browser version on my computer, but the app on my iPhone crashes constantly. If I open any task or any record, it immediately crashes. Boom. Therefore the app is completely unusable. Its a shame.

Zoho CRM App, is much better in comparison with others, such as CRM dynamics, easier to customize modules and fast deployment. I recommend it for small companies

This app crashes as soon as you execute a task. Go to contacts, it crashes. Whats the point if it doesnt work? Dont bother with this sub-par attempt to extend your desktop functionality to a mobile device. Zoho, I hope your listening.
