Zoho CRM - Sales & Marketing App Reviews

This app needs some serious overhaul. It does not have a similar feel to the desktop version and I find my productivity extremely limited with this mobile app. I rely heavily on Zoho and love their CRM, but this mobile app does not cut it. Please update this application, my sales force needs it.

This is the worst customer service that i have received, they will not cancel my account or refund me the $300 they have billed me when i have not used there service cause it was not for us, we emailed and called many times and they are avoiding us. Do not use there service , they are scams!!!

Are used to really find this app useful. Now account search brings up nothing. Very disappointing that this hasnt been supported over time. Ive been using as a whole for a very long time, but with my mobile professional life I may need to look elsewhere.

Extremely frustrated with this app. Continually crashes or locks up. Some of the calendar events added in the web version are missing from the calendar in app. Grrrr.

I love Zoho and hope they stabilize the apps. They crash way too often for simple entries and tasks...

Gives messages that deny access to some modules. Including leads!

The UI is out-dated.

Im guessing that they dont test their code or this would never be released. Crashed twice trying to import a contact from my iPad contacts....

I have never had an app crash as much as this app. The app also has very limited functionality. You should be able to access views or run macros through the app but it looks like Zohos focus is not on their mobile app.

I have been using this for awhile (beta Version). Theres a lot to like. It works great in the field for keeping on top of deals. Miles ahead of the previous version.

The new layout is so much better to navigate. You can really get a lot more done with this version than the last. Very well done.

A couple of things I noticed is: 1) Need a way to order a sort by last name and/or company name when performing a search. 2) Need to see email communication to the contact.

Even the updated mobile version fails to satisfy an experienced user. Accidentally hitting the left check box on a Task makes it completely disappear without confirmation. It would be nice to see Zoho collaborate with real Salespeople. I have used NetSuite (2 different companies with different deployments), Siebel, ACT, Goldmine, MS Dynamics CRM, & a home brewed Access DB. My perspective? With Zoho, all you have is a bunch of copycat programmers who are trying to keep up with SalesForce but have no clue of how real sales people actually work. Thumbs down to the both the app and the program itself. We are switching.

Got the new version. But cannot open it!!!! I delete it, and install it again. Same thing. Cannot open it. Very bad

Big change! Lots of features no longer work, custom views, leads or accounts around me, would of thought previous weak calendar got an improvement, but no! Calendar is awful, boring, look at informants calendar. Set back!

Very effective tool! I have an insurance brokerage and have customized fields to suit my needs! I am a ZOHOlic!

This is a huge update from previous app with a huge range of customization options. You can tweak this app to your liking. Ive read through previous negative reviews such as disappearing tasks and know if user scrolled down they could show completed tasks! While still a couple of features to be added such as quotes, sales orders and invoices This version should satisfy any power user.

I was in the beta test group and it felt like a great improvement, but this release is disappointing at best. Crashes repetitively, even after re-download. Doesnt even make it past the prompt to report crashes. Needs some serious work for the amount that business users are paying for this service. Super disappointed and seeking potential alternative CRMs if the sales team cant rely on this to function daily.
