App is a great improvement over previous app. I am still exploring but have come across a couple of issues: 1. Goes offline when on Verizon LTE network with iPad 2 Air. Must be connected to Wi-Fi to synch. 2. When creating a reply to a message there is no way to view sent messages. 3. No way to forward a message. Hope this gets cleaned up in next release.
Huge improvement from previous version. I can actually use this one, and have migrated away from being tied to the desktop version. Fully Functional at this point, looking forward to some minor tweaks and adjustments now that we have an app to use! (split screen and iPad pro keyboard are needed)
This new version rocks!!! Thanks a million for the awesome update.
While still not perfect this update has made the app easy to navigate and useful as a client management tool... The email, call and meeting integrations are seamless.
The app was good before the update on 2/2016 but now its awesome. You can access all the modules, the UI is really slick. Its way faster and never crashes. Also its much easier to switch between the list view of leads/contacts/prospects to the map view. Nice job zoho!
Mobile app not friendly at all. Can only look up by contact name and not by company or zip code. When I have reps out on the field and they dont know who the contacts are there is no way to look up the company another way. When I have reps in a territory, want to be able to look up companies by zip code so they can know whats in their database and can update contacts as they are cold calling in a specific zip code. Very disappointed. The app basically serves no purpose unless you know all your leads by the contact name of person. I know I cant remember all prospects by their names, but certainly can remember company. Big thumbs down!
The improvement is noticeable. But still a long way to go: 1) the time-zone should be as in account, not in the phone. 2) when transferring leads there is no way to notify new owner (like in desktop version) 3) feeds - need to be able to filter by user (also missing in desktop version) 4) the information shown in leads needs to be a bit more customizable
You can search accounts and I really like the map
I wrote a pretty cutting review of the early release of this new version and Im resubmitting as 5*. Not only were the bugs fixed, but the Dev team stayed in touch all the way with us to make sure we were happy. My only regret is not being more responsive to them to be honest. Really well done on features and more friendly and useful than any Salesforce app I have used in my career. Nice work.
The task section has a bug. It will display the task list, but it crashes when you click on the task item. I will give 5 stars when the bug is fixed.
I called this issue in quite a while ago, but when notes are changed or input using an iPhone in the accounts section, the notes window becomes tiny in change mode and is very hard to use. Is this fixed or going to be fixed for iPhone 6 users ?
Was super excited about the app, but everytime I go into edit something, the app crashes, going to need some major work for me to continue using this.
